A deeply human narrative feature on the police killing of a 13-year-old Karen refugee in Utica, NY. I coordinated reporting, led visual editing and directed platform presentation to bring clarity and empathy to this story. The project earned the 2025 Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, recognizing its commitment to human rights storytelling and editorial impact.
